- Conjunctivitis (Pinkeye)
- Sinusitis (or inflammation or swelling of the sinus tissue)
- Allergic rhinitis (Hay fever)
- Asthma
- Itchy eyes and skin
Allergy testing is a short 15-minute test that can identify 78 common, local airborne allergens.
What are Allergies?

Allergies are symptoms that are experienced when the immune system raises its defenses against a foreign particle. Usually, these foreign particles are harmless and do not cause an immune response in other people. These particles, which cause an immune response, are called allergens.
The immune system mistakes these allergens are harmful invaders and triggers an immune response to fight them off these. This immune response is what makes you feel bad when it is allergy season.
Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy for Long-Term Allergy Relief
Immunotherapy is a great option for those that want an alternative way to relieve allergies, free from over the counter allergy pills and tablets.
Once you have gone through allergy testing, one of our primary care physicians will better understand what is triggering your symptoms. You can then start immunotherapy to introduce your body to the allergen slowly.
By slowly introducing your body to the allergen, your body will stop identifying the allergen as harmful, and you will stop having an allergy response.

Immunotherapy is effective for the following airborne allergens:
- Pollen
- Dust
- Mold
Immunotherapy can be administered sublingual (under the tongue) and / or subcutaneously (shots). Your doctor will decide what route of administration is best for you.
In a 2007 study, immunotherapy effectiveness was investigated as a treatment for Allergic Rhinitis (hay fever.) The participant's immunotherapy treatment ranged from three days to three years. Participants reported their allergy symptoms were significantly reduced. They also reported a reduction in medication usage.*
